I WAS ON THE RAW FOOD DIET FOR THREE WEEKS 4 MONTHS AGO AND FELT GREAT. I WENT BACK ON COOKED FOODS AND NOW I CAN'T SEEM TO GET BACK TO EATING RAW. I AM LOOKING AT APRIL TO START THE 30 DAY PLAN! I AM IN NEED OF SUPPORT!! I AM A MOTHER OF THREE GIRLS 21, 19, AND 9. I SELL REAL ESTATE AND HAVE A HUSBAND THAT HAS NO PROBLEM STAYING ON A RAW FOOD DIET UNLIKE ME. WE HAVE OUR FIRST GRANDDAUGHTER ON THE WAY AND I NEED ENERGY TO KEEP UP WITH MY LIFE, I AM 42 BUT AM FEELING MUCH OLDER RIGHT NOW.:confused:

Hey Paula! I am new here too, and have been trying to go raw for months! I have decided to (as Nike says) just do it! Know that you are not the only person who struggles with going raw or staying raw. In this world where we are raised to believe that cooked and dead is better, it can be tough. But know that when you get to that point where you are raw and staying there, your body will be saying thank you a million times over! I am just so glad to be a member of such a wonderful, welcoming and knowledgable community here at rawfoodtalk! Good luck and welcome aboard.
