First up
cardamon cookies
1/2 C macadamia nuts
1/2 C cashews
1/2 C sprouted sunflower seeds
1/2 C sprouted pumpkin seeds
1.5 t cardamom
4 Medjool dates pitted
I put everything into the food processor and ground it into a paste but still kinda chunky. I then made little balls and placed them onto a dehydrator screen. I let them 'cook' for about an hour. I then squished them with my thumb in the center. I then let them 'cook' overnight.
For the next batch I'm thinking of adding some coconut in the 'batter' or maybe dip them in chocolate then sprinkle with coconut. OR put a pistachio in the center of each one OR D)All the above

12 ears corn
1/4 yellow pepper
1/4 orange pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soaked sun dried tomatoes
2 T sprouted flax seeds
2 t cumin
2 t sea salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Cut the corn off the cob. Put all the kernels in a bowl of water and let sit for about 10 minutes and drain. Put all the ingredients in the food proccessor and process for about 2 minutes. You want it a little soupy. Spread the mixture onto a non-stick sheet and dehydrate for about an hour or two. Flip it onto the screen and dehydrate overnight. It should come out nice and crispy. If you find holes in the chip after the flip, you can fill them in with some more batter. This recipe made 3 sheets (11x11).

8oz raw sprouted chick peas
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbs tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbs parsley
water
put everything except water and parsley into food processor. Process while adding water until mixture is smooth. add parsley and pulse to incorporate. you may have to adjust the amount of olive oil based on the moisture of the peas. i like my hummus a lil on the thicker side so i add more oil than water. Usually the rule is add enough oil the make it form a ball in the food processor. I then add water till it falls back down. you can also adjust the level of garlic. I like a lot. They call me DragonBreath.

1/8 C brown mustard seeds
1/8 C yellow mustard seeds
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, sliced
put everything in a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for 2 days. The seeds will absorb the vinegar. Put everything in a blender and puree until desired consistency. You may have to add more vinegar or water to get the mixture to go.

Hey RC,
Love your pics!
What base did you use for your rosemary bread?
i used sprouted wheat, barley and rye ... couple tomatoes, an onion, few garlic cloves, couple sprigs rosemary, a couple counts of avocado oil, some flax ... errrr ... i need to start writing more stuff down.
I'm making another batch this weekend so I'll be more specific soon. I will be on a fast but people at work are screaming for more.

I haven't played around much with sprouted grains (aside from buckwheat) but your recipe sounds too yummy! I guess I'll just have to take the plunge! lol

8oz raw sprouted sweet peas
1 Tbs tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup loosely packed mint
sea salt
water
Blend everything except the water until a ball forms then use the water to thin to a consistency you like.
They also had sprouted black beans. I'm thinking of a black bean hummus with garlic and cumin.

This is the first time I've written down recipes and I've only kept track of what I'm doing for you guys on this board. Even with SAD cooking, I only use recipes as a reference and 99% of the time I don't follow them exactly. Do not be afraid to find your own way. It always takes me several tries to get something close to what I want. Don't be scared to try things. Experiment with quantities. See how the ingredients react to each other. Taste things as you go. Taste each ingredient before they go in. Feel the textures with your fingers and in your mouth. Cook with your senses not by recipes.

Is frozen Corn raw or has it been blanched?
I only use fresh corn. Other people have looked into it. Try to do a search.

1.5 lb mixed sprouted grains (barley, wheat, rye, sunflower)
1.5 cups almond flour
3 Teaspoons flax seeds
4 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbs avocado or olive oil
1/2 c soaked sun dried tomatoes
sea salt
Process the grain, almond flour, flax seeds together to form your flour. I like mine a little chunky. Put in bowl and set aside.
process tomatoes, garlic and sea salt until liquid. add to 'dry' ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place on non-stick sheet and place in dehydrator over night.
you may need to adjust the number of tomatoes depending on the dryness of your 'dry' ingredients.
