There is this Receptionist guy at my institution where I study Naturopathy.
He has the most amazingly clear eyes...they are astounding. He looks as though he eats an impeccably pure diet. He probably has a gorgeous liver.
And yet he exudes not one ounce of personal charm. He never smiles. His energy repulses me. He has no warmth. He is sour-mouthed.
Ugh.
You can have the most perfect diet in the world...but if you don't also evolve in other areas of your life, you have such a long way to go.
My boyfriend always says that the kind of energy you put out is much more important than what you put in your mouth. I try to tell him how important raw is, but he switches off. He is vegetarian though. Luckily for me, he has the best vibe, heaps of charisma, personal charm and love in his heart.
(He did say the other night 'My energy really lowers when I eat cooked food', but that was more of a joke, to see if it would get my attention away from something I was engrossed in.)
