Sprout recipes?

I went to a raw presentation this weekend and the woman talked about how sprouts were really "where it's at" and were nutritional power houses.... so now I"m all revved up about sprouting except I don't really know how to eat them besides putting them on top of a salad or maybe in a wrap.

can anyone direct me to a site where I can find great sprout recipes or just give me some here?

I also really love how economical sprouts are and really want to grow to love them and eat them frequently!!! yay for sprouts!! Thanks guys!
