young coconut shells, what to do?

I've been eating young coconuts like they will never be around again. I want to do something with the shells. Wanted to hear your ideas before i started on some of my own. Cant wait to hear your creativity!

i needed that chuckle this morning....No, like maybe use them as bowls, planters for small plants; what to line them with, etc etc etc. I just feel like i am wasting them and could use them as something.

Planters would be a great idea, but I think the outsides would eventually rot. You would have to dry them I think, drill a little hole in the bottom for water run off and then maybe that would work. Really interesting idea tho, I might try it with my next batch..

Wind chimes?
Throw out in the back yard for critters to decide what THEY want to do with them?
