:D Your Strawberry Pie with Strawberry Jam looks so good and i have several packages of Strawberries in my fridge and i am tired of smoothies.
So please would you post your recipes for the pie and the jam, it would help me too not waste such beautiful berries:D :D .

Oh, and I made a few changes. I used lime juice instead of lemon, added more agave to the crust to hold it together, and for the jam I used 1 cup of strawberries and a few dates blended smooth.

I've made Vanessa's Strawberry cheesecake too! So yummy! I preferred it with a neutral crust, so I use Maraw's basic crust, and the rest of it I followed to a T. Have to admit...I'm going to wait till strawberries are in season to make it again tho. I think the ripe, luscious flavor of freshly picked strawberries would make it even better!
