What does it feel like when you detox too fast? I dont have intentions on adding "some cooked food to make things more tolerable."

My legs are killing me. I rem when Atkins was really big. I'm feeling the same thing as I do now. I dont know why but it starts in my hips & upper legs. Muscle pain. I had a leg cramp at 1am & have been awake ever since.

I like to imagine the fat is melting off THAT quickly (hey dont knock a girl's dream, haha) But really.... how else would you explain losing 2-3 inches in that area almost overnight??

Some people detox fast or intensely.

Heavy toxins are held in the legs and hips.

Are you getting good blood flowing exercise ?

Staying hydated?

Eating a wide variety of foods?

1 am -3 am ish is a common time for people to wake up b/c this is about the hour when liver is doing the filtering of toxins.

Have you tried soaking in epsom salts?

MissLinda you just summed up in just a few sentences what is going for me & I thank you SO much!

Hydrated? No extra water aside from fruit. I've eaten 100% fruit so far, counting carrots. I'm listening to my body & noticed that throughout the day I'm grabbing the rainbow spectrum all on my own without even trying.

Blood flowing excersize? Just a good walk yesterday. Nothing major. Just about 2000+ steps on my pedometer. I was having too much fun thinking about fruit, LOL

Maybe I should do the salt bath.

I'm not necc a 'newbie'. I'm just going full steam ahead on this now that I am in such a better living arrangement & can focus on what I need to do for myself.

So the reason why I"m making this comment is because I HAVE cleansed before, I have had previous wonderful experience in the past. I know what I'm going through cant be the beginning, but I'm anxious for a new breakthrough. I love them all.

Pain or discomfort means something is happening.

I go crazy if things are too quiet. Even though my skin starts glowing & my eyes turn blue again, I have to feel something to stay super motivated.

Yesterday, around early afternoon, my head started swimming & it felt like a symphony was playing in my very soul. It was an amazing experience. Not in a big dramatic sense. It was all very calm, serene, but I was very touched in a certain way. That has definately never happd before.

At one time, I was 100% in the past. It was before I learned not to let other ppl's misfortunes/mistakes define my life & choices out there waiting for me. I did have another major breakthrough! I revisited a botched naval piercing from the past. The mark showed back up & everything.

The body has a memory so I just take things one day at a time.
