Did 27 mile Race walk (workout) today and last week....I've proved that I can do a marathon at will now so I may do this every Sunday.... I've got a bunch of experimenting to do yet but it's looking good so far!

Hi,
I am new to the site...I am a bodybuilder also and ran a marathon last year (not raw) and lost some muscle in the process.
I am planning on improving my 10km race time over the next couple of months. I am 32 days raw and feeling great now. I have been reading your posts...really appreciate all the info you give out.

That's why a lot of cooked body builders won't do endurance because they will loose too much retained water and fat!

I find that I can do what I want and still retain my size/shape!
