I made Renee Loux Underkoffler 'Sesame Flax crackers' from Living Cuisine and made then a little thicker and i swear they tastes like triscuits! i smothered some almond mayo with a little extra basil and garlic and topped w/ a spinich leaf , tomato and a piece of eggplant bacon, yummmmmmmmmm
