I am going to start making green drinks a regular in my diet? Are you guys juicing greens or put in a blender? If so, do you strain or drink straight?

You can do either. Every once in a while I use my juicer too make a "green lemondade" drink. But, I think its easier, quicker and better to just make a green smoothie in the blender. Just throw in a handful of spinach or kale (remove the hard rib down the middle of the kale leaf), parsley, or whatever greens you have, along with fruits of your choice, blend, and you have a very filling and delicious meal in a glass. :)

Hey RG - that's great about incorporating green into your diet.
Look for the green smoothie thread that is floating around. It's got loads of recipes.
I prefer a sweeter green smoothies.
Water, spinach, banana, blueberries, frozen pineapple
Water, romaine lettuce leaves, insides of an orange, mango
Water, spinach, frozen grapes, banana, a couple clementines (my darling)
It's really a personal taste preference.
Some folks like the stronger green taste and eliminate any fruit, but I don't.
Good luck!
