What do you put maca in and is it ok for pregnancy?

I don't know if it's ok for pregnancy. But it can certainly help one get pregnant if given to your husband! Lets just call it a male potency tonic. Even with no problem in this department Maca is an enhancer.

I did a search online and found nothing. I saw that Shazzie used it. But not sure if she was pregnant already. I have a bag and didn't want it to go to waste.

Rawsome G,
It's used in smoothies.

Also used in Petal's Maca Peanut Butter Cups recipe (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=23186&highlight=peanut+butter+cups).
These are FABULOUS by the way.

Regarding the use during pregnancy, all I can say is that a quick google search revealed several links specifying "women are advised to stop taking maca when pregnancy is discovered and resume if they are breast-feeding to increase milk production."
