???
I'm doing a candida cleanse - and I read that it needs to be refridgerated if used on the cleanse. I've never refridgerated it before...
What do you think?

If you are using Braggs, it's not required to refrigerate just keep it out of light.
I'd be conservative when using it like ANYTHING new, some raw food gurus view acv and other vinegars as irritants to the body.
On the other note, it is a fermented "supplement" so it will have alkalizing effect. I hope that you have found the whole body approach as your body balances out.
Some other suggestion and tips:
Saffron has been used for years to restore digestive fire and restore flora in the alimentary canal. It also aids the lymphatic system especially the lymph structures that run thru the intestines.
As unusual as it sounds, I use the homemade saffron tea....it was kinda like being at my favortie Indian rest :p
Good luck and know you have options!
