Hey All,
I am JUST starting an exercise bootcamp: hiking, cardio, weight-lifting... and...T-TAPP. Ever heard of it? OMG, it's the BEST (by that I mean "worst" of course - lol). Check out the success stories, therapuetically and physically. It's at www.t-tapp.com. You can lose like 12 inches in 2 weeks, even. And I see WHY, the form is soooo precise. Thought I'd share. You can add that ALONE for amazing, fast benefits.

I just started, so I'll keep you posted.

Oh yes! If you do a search, you'll see some references to this. I t-tapp! I also have taken about 3 classes with Teresa Tapp. She is awesome!

I've heard great things about T-Tapp. How are you liking it?

It is a very easy exercise program. I personally really, really like it. I also apply the various principles to daily living. Like walking up steps with KLT (knee to little toe), I do Hoe Downs in the bathroom stall. There is a lot of try before you buy on the website.
It's a very healing form of exercise. Works the lymphatic system.

Yeah but I will say that I have a knee (right) that can pang the minute it might be stressed/extended, and sometimes stuff like hoedowns is just hard on it. It makes me feel so old. I was never a "knee problem" person and with all my kombucha tea, raw, etc, it certainly is loads better, but like I am careful of it, and find t-tapp can be hard on any kind of knee issue (imagine if it was a medium-grade knee issue!) I do NOT hyperextend, so it's just the position....

You may want to contact them (Teresa or any of the other folks at www.t-tapp.com) as they can address this issue. I KNOW Teresa has worked with folks that have had knee problems and have healed them using t-tapp.
Just a thought here for you.
I'm thinking you need to tweak your form some...

Oh, surely.
and Thanks.
I'm willing to be nobody's form is even 'close' the first few weeks, though. I mean, it's tough!
