I received Alissa's book the other day and I have tried the orange salad dressing, the angel hair pasta with marinara sauce, the crepes and the enchiladas (I've been busy - sort of!!) So far I haven't been disappointed in the recipes like I have with other recipes I've tried. Yea!! (Need dancing smiley icon).
One suggestion I would make for anyone creating a cookbook is that if you have a recipe - for example, the enchilada recipe, and you know that the filling or the "tortilla" can be used as a filling or "tortilla" for another recipe that you could put that "suggested other uses" info at the bottom of the recipe. I live alone and often times the recipes I make are for 4-6 people. If I could use the filling in, let's say a cabbage roll, then I could go to the cabbage roll recipe and go from there. The suggestion at the bottom of the recipe would benefit me and keep me from having to toss out food because it ends up going bad. I think that these types of suggestions would be very beneficial, especially for people who are learning to eat a new way, i.e. raw.
