Monkeyboy here....
The last 2 weeks I' ve been SUPER-RAW.
WOW.....a whole new level!!!!!!!
Organic, raw, pure water.
After 3 years of so called raw, I'm at a level I feel is the ultimate.
The energy level is incredible.
Who else has been here?
Feels like I climbed a mountain.
The food police just drive by my house...no reason to stop in.
Preppie colonies rule.
Peace,
M.B.

What you call "Super Raw" is what Queen Afua, whom I credit for leading me to this raw journey (and for provoking the urge to search for raw sites) that I have embraced, expresses as what can be viewed as the ultimate level. I think that just above this (I'll have to double check my book when I get home) is the inhalation of air alone. That being said, it sounds as if you have had some major revelations. Interesting!
you'll need a unitard with a big "R" and tall, black, vegan boots.
i am knitting you a cape.

Hi everyone,
As we all know raw is what you make it and what you fell comfortable doing.
I've had periods of raw where I'd did drink a martini or two and picked off the plates of my wife and kids.(absolutely not meat)
No need to put so much pressure on yourself to be 100%.
If you get there fine, if not your better off being 50% raw than not at all.
I've been to this Super Raw stage a few times and wanted to get some feedback from others who may have been there.
Wow... I sound so mature.
Hello "Unimpressed"....the best name ever!!!!!!ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!!!!!!
Peace and Chicken grease,
M.B.

I guess for me, when I have been at a place where I felt "Super-Raw"..and I have been there at different points, I have found that often I soon experience a rather precipitous fall..LOL..... :o
Maybe I do not, at some level, believe I deserve all of the wonderfullness that comes from being Super-Raw and then I sabotage myself. I am working on it.. feeling my way through the "stuff." I think it is something I will have to grow through until I can "handle" all the energy, the Joy and the wild brightness that comes...
I would love to hear more about how you experience this..how it feels, and works in day to day situations.. nothing is too mundane! :-) What, in the past has contributed to your going into a period of super raw and then coming "down" or out from it...
(I am asking about energetic, emotional,psychpo/spiritual issues..not really what you eat or do not eat. I know what to eat, not eat to get to super-raw..it is more an issue of being in that highly energized state and then being out and about in the world, dealing with nuts and bolts..lol..and I end up feeling like I need to bring myself down to "function" in that world. I am thinking I need to change my context..my world..and find/create a context that not only accomodates but even encourages/rewards the super-raw state.. :-)
thanks..and have a great Super Raw day!!
i feel super raw when i'm mostly drinking green smoothies, eating lots of greens, light fruits-- and miniscule amounts of seeds & nuts.
i'm trying to get back to this.

I agree, Ella, I feel soooooooo good - with so much energy -- on my green smoothies. :p
But with me, they can be with nuts and other fats, or they can be with fruits.
I think the common denominator is the greens!
(Before I was raw I drank a lot of green smoothies with tofu or whey powder, and never got this energy boost. Of course, all the non-smoothie food was SAD then.)

Misslinda,
I went to my old posts to refresh.
April of 2005.....OK ...I remember.
I think I tell a lot about myself and my raw journey.
Help me understand.....I know there's a joke in here somewhere.
Peace in the Middle East,

Linda,
Can't make the festival.
I work for a living. Not like you living off all that Microsoft stock.
I'm going to try and make it to Alissa'a B&B this spring. It's less than 3 hours from the preppie colony.
Thanks for being such a pal.
By the way I'm fasting today, but just today.
Peace,
M.B.
