What does S.A.D. mean?

I'm sure this will make sense when my book arrives, but I really want to know what S.A.D. means now, I'm impatient.

It stands for the standard American diet, refering to the meat and potato mentality that predominant, also junk food in general and fast food in particular. SAD=BAD Glad you ordered the book, it's great.

Actually, I'm still trying to figure out what the d stands for when people use dh and I'm pretty sure the h is husband. And I assume LOL is lots of laughs and not little old ladies.......Any other abbreviations got any one stumped? ILERF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(I love eating Raw food!)

Thanks so much stina, actually, LOL means Laugh Out Loud. I don't have any idea what dh means either but I've seen that alot around here also.:confused:

LOL!! (Stina!) The "d" in dh stands for dear. :) So "dh" means dear husband. And if you see ds or dd or dc, that stands for dear son/daughter/children. :) I couldn't figure out what these stood for for a long time. FInally, I couldn't take it anymore and I just asked! :D

So now ya know. Isn't it refreshing??? LOL!

SAD means CRAP to me because that's how I felt when I ate SAD. I felt like CRAP. So,

Thanks! I had figured most of the other abbreviations out, but SAD still had me stumped. I have the DVD and will have the book soon. This is my 6th day 100% raw and feel I am beginning an important journey that has been waiting for me.
