I saw the light!

There is indeed a light at the end of this tunnel that is not just one more oncoming train! I have seen some improvement and now my hope is renewed. It's still rough going and the pain is still bad, but I actually got some short but refreshing sleep. I added more fruit and some protein (soy), but I am ordering some raw hemp protein which will be much better. It just takes awhile, as my son says! So all you newbies hang in there, and you will discover that it will be totally worth it!!!
