I am transitioning to raw. I seem to have a major problem digesting anything. Some days I am 100% raw.
This is what I ate yesterday.
7am - juice from 1 orange
9am - pineapple, apple, orange juice
11am - apple
3pm - 5 medjool dates
8pm - green smoothie
9pm - handful of macadamias
Yesterday I was working and studying, so had a few gaps where I probably would have liked to eat, but couldn't.
I have been taking iron supplements, which I read yesterday on the internet, can interfere with digestion.
I have been taking probiotics for the last three days.
I haven't been eating many greens. I will endeavour to increase them, and hope this helps.
Also, I am thinking of doing a 15 day cleanse...which works on stomach, liver, kidney, small and large intestines...
I am presuming that this is part of my journey... A lot of changes are taking place in my body. Hopefully in a few months, this problem will be rectified.
Does anybody have any insight?
