Hi everyone in RAWland,

It's no big secret that some are frustrated with ongoing health challenges while new or raw for some measureable time.....

Alot of us have been RAW and have healed.....the human body is highly intelligle and has interesting ways of healing~~

I'm not saying that RAW is a magic pill or an overnite miracle worker BUT I think in order to help some of you, it would be GREAT to see a consistent BLOG that we can follow and journey with you to accurately document your progression, symptoms etc.

We don't claim to be doctor's but our experiences can offer a new perspective and insight!

We are here to SUPPORT everyone's journey but help us do that by BLOGGING. Like a notation in your blog that states "need suggestions or help"

Everyone deserves HEALING~~

Thanks MissLinda- you know after only approximately 3-4 weeks of strictly Raw, I had hoped I'd be bouncing off the walls with energy. I concentrated on this one issue. Strangely forgot the piercing pain in knees is gone, aching swollen glands substantially reduced, same with mood swings although I feel a little numb, oh, gosh, what else, need to make a list of all the former complaints and post it on the fridge door. Or better yet, the inside of the front door in case I cave-in to cravings and head-out for msg-laden Thai food.

Great to see you both following your healing endeavors!!! RAW has so many suprises and facets--it's not boring.

I hope that some of you that are desperate would BLOG so you feel that RAW has not left you hopeless-- but that you are HOPEFUL and HEALING.

I've been keeping a blog since day 1 and it has been a wonderful journal for me in terms of weight loss. I haven't noticed any other major benefits yet, quite honestly, but I am hopeful. I think once I can find a way to maintain my input of greens during the day, I will see even more benefits.
