Has anybody done a cleanse using herbal mixtures they have prepared themselves? If so can you guide me to sites that have 'good' information, even if you have just looked so far and not yet mixed your own.
I did an Ejuva cleanse many years ago, but never took it to completion ... let alone the fact that I wasn't fasting at the time. However, I did find it largely effective and easy on the body. One of the reasons I chose it was because it did not include bentonite as an integral part, which seemed the most ludicrous thing to put inside one's body to me, at that time. It was also hugely expensive compared to other products on the market, but I liked the ethics of the company.
Has anyone in the UK, or Thailand , ordered from Blessed Herbs in the USA and if so how long did they take to arrive and did you have to pay any duties etc? I see they can be ordered direct in the UK direct from www.blueherbs.co.uk - but they do not appear to have the free colon cleanse kit offer and I'll also be ordering 2 complete sets, so need to get the best possible deal.
This is a bit of a rushed post, as there is a whole lot more that I would like to cover, but I am back in the UK next week for only a few days and so need to sort this out quickly, especially if ordering from the USA, so I'm leaping right in there :-)
One of my main issues is with bentonite, yet so many seem to use it. I am doing a cleanse with my partner, starting in a couple of weeks, and will be recording all the details (well almost) for a raw food lifestyle website I am setting up over the next few months. I want to help others get in touch with raw and to look at the more 'enlightened' aspects of this.
In the meantime, thanks for any information you can provide and as this is my first post I'll also say that this forum seems amazing, so far I've only grazed the surface and can see it will keep me occupied for days.
