Raw chocolate?

mmmm....i just received some of shazzies raw chocolate this morning and I have to say I think it is yummy! Im not a big fan of dairy chocolate as I find it really sickly and heavy on my digestive system.
Wot do you guys think of raw chocolate?I especially loved the feaster bar and intacta - yum!

I ordered David Wolf and Shazzies book...."Naked Chocolate" along with Raw Nibs and some Raw cacoa powder- I absolutely love making chocolate creations- now!

But when I am in a hurry I grab 1 tbsp of Nibs and 1 Tbsp of Gogi Berries -as a quick snack--the flavors are so wonderful together!:D

Personally, I LOVE Chocolate, raw (or dark unraw;))
And Raw chocolate is delectable and can be used in so many creative ways!



I've never heard this from anyone else, but, unfortunately, I may be the only person this has happened to, but when I eat raw chocolate, I have the same feeling as if I had drank a strong cup of expresso. Kind of like a caffeine rush. I seem to be very sensitive to the Theobromine that is in it, so I have to eat it judiciously.

When I have eaten non raw dark (non-dairy) chocolate, I haven't noticed this effect.

I still love chocolate, but presently I am on a cleanse once it ends, I plan on eating raw chocolate very occasionally, as a special treat.
