help me sprout buckwheat please

I've been searching the threads and have two tired children needing a bath and bedtime so don't have time to look anymore! can someone just tell me real quick: how can i sprout buckwheat? (planning on making pizza dough from it)

i have ann wigmore's sprouting book but for some reason, buckwheat is not in any of her tables in there.
