I went to my golf league meeting tonight and lets just say jaws dropped! I got several phone calls about the how and why I looked so good! :D Big smile here! Raw! Raw! Raw! :D Another big smile! Did I tell? :rolleyes: I also did not eat any unraw food that they were serving! What a great night! My salad never tasted so good tonight. Dates for dessert. Yum!

Hey congrats. If nothing more than vanity gets us over the hump to being Raw, hey whatever works. I've been getting complements that I look good and also that I'm more spiritual....

I have a long way to go and doubt at my ate i will ever be hot but a friend came over the other night who is about 10 years younger than I am. I forgot what skin from bad diet and smoking looks like. I was shocked at how many wrinkles she had and how her skin looked so ruddy. I look in the mirror and even after only being Raw for a few weeks I can see a dif. A good dif.
