Hello all you beautiful raw foodists. I am having such a good time on raw with spectacular results after only 9 days. I am 61 and was skeptical of the power of green. Not any more. If 9 days can do this much - no more arthritis anywhere. No problems with asthma (had it 14 years) 80% reduced acid in the stomach, I make too much hydrocloric acid, consequently very little heartburn, actually, none at all thus far today. I never want to take another prescription medicine again.
Does anyones hair fall out on this? Someone said there's did. Hope not, mine is thin enough already. Am losing weight too but this isn;t an issue as only weigh 100 lb. Feel great but don';t sleep so good. Any ideas for a late night snack before bed? Annie P - Green forever.

Welcome and WOW! it is so cool that you are seeing the benefits of raw in that short of a time.

late night snack...maybe not the BEST thing, but I love peppermint date brownies.
1 c. dates
1 c. almonds or walnuts (or a combo of both)
a little carob or cacao powder
a dash of peppermint extract

YUM!

Wow, that is so wonderful & inspiring.

For sleep, maybe some almond milk. Almonds and sesame seeds have tryptophan and bananas have melatonin.
