using old pickle juice...

I was wondering if any of you have put fresh cucumbers in the leftover juice from your commercial Raw pickles..and made new pickles that way. Does it Work?

I was JUST thinking the same thing. I finished my last bubbies dill pickle about an hour ago and was wondering if I chopped up some cucumber and put it in what would happen... hmmm. I might just try it.

It should work.. try it and see :)
Just keep it in the fridge and it should be fine.

I cut up some gherkins into spears and put them in the jar. Even after less than a day, they were flavored some. I think they will work, but now I am on my fast..LOL...I bet they will be really good by the time I am done fasting.. :-) YUMMM!!! I might add some more salt and garlic to the juice.. I need ot look into making homemade ones..
