Bad poetry, lol, on rawdom

Loving my raw food tonight so much, I tried to write a poem, but no poem could capture the LIVING essence of my food.

Here are some lame attempts, lol. It was better when I was writing in my mind in my kitchen with my raw food, lol.

My food is so good
I know why.
Raw has goodness you just can't buy.
I feel so new
I feel so strong
I feel like I should roar
Or run up the hills or be in some really weird commercial where people move too fast.

Raw is so different, from what once was....
Tastes so clear
Tastes so pure
Feels like I can think once more.

I scoop out the flesh
of a ruby red grapefruit
and eat the tender bits,
so juicy,
runs down my chin......

Juicy,
Delectable,
Raw!!!!

Now, please don't label me as the bad poem chick, I just couldn't help it tonight. On better thought, maybe I should just get some rest......

Your poem was very cute! Like Shine, I can identify with the feelings you've expressed in it! You have inspired me to write a raw food poem of my own!:p

Living on Live Foods tastes so good
It makes me feel younger, like I knew it would
Luscious pineapplestarted my morn,
those delectable tidbits made me feel reborn
Later some banana and berries
helped me feel a whole lot of merry!

There's something so magickal about eating pure living foods
And they certainly have helped to uplift my daily moods

I can't get enough of ripe tomatoes, and bright greens
and I always have some tantalizing fruit to eat in between

Eating Live foods is so easy and right
Thank you, Alissa for creating and maintaining this lovely raw food site
Where we can all share our newfound love of raw
and help spread the RAW word, near and fawr ;)

I'll say good-bye as I eat the sweet juicy orange on my plate
I adore fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds,
and am grateful for fate
Which turned me on to raw foods, and helped me move to a much healthier state!
