Lavender,
Wow, a masterpiece along with your other pictures, but I would really love along with everyone here, the live tortilla recipe. It looks like the real thing, but has to be healthier of couse. Thanks for the teaser, but I'm ready for a bite.

She mentions there in her photo post that she bought the tortillas from sacredsymbiosis.com I wish there was a recipe too... ;)

I wish there was a recipe like this one too. The ingredients for the tortillas are posted on the packaging. I was going to try to experiment and guess about the measurements. Is is okay to list the ingredients on Alissa's site?

The ingredients are posted on their website publically with the product info, so it would be okay to post the ingredients here, I would just post a link to their page as well... :)

www.sacredsymbiosis.com (http://www.sacredsymbiosis.com)
the ingredients for their orginals life tortillas are:
original raw flaxseed
irish moss
celtic sea salt
garlic
soy lecithin
vanilla
raw unfiltered honey
coconut butter
brazil nuts
lemon
nutritional yeast
I really like these because it beats going to the grocery store and buying flour tortillas. I think that I might be able to experiment with these ingredients. I would take out the soy lecithin and maybe the honey and try to add my own tweaks.

Thanks lavendar for ingfredients list. I would think agave for sweetner, dates or even skip.
Maybe we can send Carmella out to play around with this recipe too as well as others who want to try it. Maybe we can get some pictures going for that too.
It really looks nice. Maybe you can change the nuts too as they are expensive and fattening, but aren't most nuts anyway.
Thanks for sharing.
