Hi.
I'm beginning my raw food journey and am confused about packaging labels that don't list expiration dates or storage directions.
Does anyone know how to store the below items or the shelf life of them?
Whole-peeled cacao beans
Coconut Flakes
Dried Dulse
Dried Wakame
Agave Nectar
Thanks for your help.

The coconut flakes, dried dulse and wakame, -- just keep enclosed in your pantry. They will be fine for a long time. The agave, I am not so sure about. But if the agave is anything like honey, as long as you keep it tightly enclosed, it will keep forever. The cocao, I have no idea.

I'd recommend a vacuum sealed package or a glass jar with a tight lid for storage. It's easy to forget that these are not foods containing all kinds of preservatives, so it is wise to check them every so often for possible bug infestations if not used regularly. For anything that wouldn't be made yukky-tasting by the scent, a bay leaf in the jar will keep out bugs.
So coconut flakes are ok?
The coconuts I bought the other day are moldy already, so I threw them out

Coconut flakes are dried; not fresh. Anything fresh, you need to be more aware of enviroment and how long they can last in room temp or refrigerated conditions.
