naked oatflakes= raw??

You know there is a kind of grain that is called naked oat, do you see what I meen or is it just a Swedish thing? Well, I couldn´t find the whole oats so I bought naked oatflakes instead. Could it be considered raw? It says on the package that it has not been treated with steam.

hmm if the oats haven't been treated with steam and are plain oat flakes with nothing else added then they may be raw! To find out for sure contact the company and inquire. Please post your results back here if you do contact them!
