I have different favorites all the time. I guess it depends on the ingredients I have on hand. My favorite lately is pretty straight up Green Smoothie:

1 Banana
Strawberries (probably about 2 cups)
Pineapple (probably about 1.5 cups)
Spinach (however much you can tolerate! I go for 50/50)
Parsley (just a bit)
Cinammon (again, just a bit)
Water to desired consistency (I like thick so I usually use 1/2 cup)

Sometimes I'll substitute a pear for the pineapple. Really you could use any sweet fruit. Also, I'll sometimes use fresh Orange juice instead of Water. One of these days I'll try it with carrot juice instead of water.

This is the one I've been doing lately. I'm using dandelion to help cleanse my liver:

4 pieces of kale
3 dandelion leaves
1 orange
3 frozen bananas
dash of water

Right now the one i drink all the time is very light, as I am in Florida, and it just feels right!

1 whole cucumber
1 skinned Grapefruit
as MUCH baby spinach as you like (I use a LOT, it turns KELLY GREEN :D )
a squeeze of lemon
stevia (optional)

a vitamix, a pretty glass, a straw!

I change it up a lot too. Most of the time it's:

2 cups filtered water
handful of spinach
banana
whatever fruit (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp. spirulina

But lately instead of the water, I've been using almond/Brazil nut mylk. YUM-OH!!!

Well, it changes for me all the time but I really like the one I’m drinking right now.

1/3 pound of lettuce
1 cup mango
1/3 cup blueberries
4 or 5 cranberries
½ stalk celery
½ red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
Marble size chunk of ginger
½ lemon juiced
Several sprigs of cilantro
2 cups filtered tap water

Makes one quart = lunch for me.

I just had one:

Lots of kale
2 bananas
1 small apple
couple cups of strawberries
cinnamon
vanilla

While I was blending it, I tasted a little and made the unfortunate comment, "Yum, this tastes like ice cream." My family was all over it...I barely got any! (Not that I really mind.) :D

I don'r do well with high sugar-fruits, so I have created some green smoozies that I can enjoy without breaking out:

Strawberry-slushy:

2 cups of frozen strawberries
1 small avocado
as much spinach as I desire
1/2 cucumber
1/2 small tart apple

---blend till creamy and delish

raspberry-delight

1 small avo
2 cups of raspberries
kale
1/2 pink grapefruit
coconut-flour

Yum...

Love alba
