I have a good high speed (i think) blender but those 3 things NEVER get totally smooth. :(
I made the choc mousse recipe w/ the walnuts...the flaor was amazing but the texture was a bit mealy. I also made a sweet potato soup & mac nut cream cheeze which were the same.
If i had a vitamix would these be TOTALLY smooth?
