After dehydrating banana leather I have a hard time cleaning the teflex sheets. Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep the banana leather from sticking to the teflex?

Thanks.

You can rub a little coconut oil on the Teflex sheet before placing food on it.
Also, you can leave the sheet in the dehydrator while you are drying something else to really dry out all the leftover bits, and then they should just wipe right off.

i just put mine in the sink with a bit of water and soak for about 5 minutes.
Then it wipes off with a soapy cloth.
