Substitute for hemp seeds?

I want to make the 'ritz' crackers that were posted, but I am wondering if I can substitute sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for the hemp seeds? Or if I should substitute something else?

The first time I ever made them I didn't have any hemp seeds either but I had sesame seeds so I used those and it worked out just fine. Sunflower seeds may change the flavor up a bit, pumpkin seeds may work better. But you could probably get away with not using any seeds at all in all honesty.
