I love baked jalepanos filled with cheese and they were wrapped in bacon -
but I am wondering if I can dehydrat the jalapeno and use nut cheese?
Will dehydrating make the flavor stronger and hotter?
I know the longer you bake them the more mild they become. I am also careful to remove all of the seeds and veins when prepping.
any ideas or suggestions?
I am still waitng for my book to arrive and I have only been atthis a few days.
