Do you actively try to organise your diet so that you eat all essential amino acids over the course of a day?

No. Food is only a small part of my day... I don't concern myself with that.

I am totally for the raw foodist way of thinking. It is hard though, because I've just started studying Naturopathy. Every Nutrition lecture I get worried. I worry about the fact that I may not be getting all essential amino acids each day. I worry that my lecturer says that that unmentionable thing that the Easter Bunny makes chocolate versions of are the 'perfect food'. I worry about the fact that I will be dealing with clients in the future who will possibly only want to function within the confines of mainstream nutrition. I am worried that I am denying my creative side by focusing all my time on my study. I have to do an assignment on Omega 3 and Omega 6 Fatty Acids and their effect on inflammatory pathways. I have to do an assignment on the seratonin molecule. I am worrying a lot.

Well you have to know what they are brainwashing your future customers with right? Raw throws out all the rules they are teaching you. . . or most of them anyway. So your study is all for good purpose. You will have an eye for research that supports raw theory. It will all work out in the end - it is a long process.

Yes sometimes we have to put part of ourselves on a shelf to take advantage of an opportunity. This is only for a time. You will get a chance to be creative again. You can do your Omega study creatively? Make it like a science project? Then make a raw blast that clears those inflammatory pathways? (I have no clue what I am talking about now)

Thanks Luckitri. I'm definitely going down the raw track with my clients as far as I can possibly go... Look at Gabriel Cousens...he went through the mainstream medical system...and came out the other end promoting a raw diet... I am only doing this course, so I can help people become as raw as they can be... I will continue...but am trying to work and pursue acting and writing concurrently... It makes for a complex, yet interesting life...

Yeah, that perfect Egg....except I get dark circles under my eyes and fall asleep after eating 'em.. So many people are allergic to them, makes you wonder. One of the things that sold me on the Raw lifestyle was the number of athletes that have gravitated towards it. Doesn't look like their physiques are lacking any amino acids.

I have also been inspired by raw body builders, and Alissa looks totally strong in the dvds. If she can get her amino acids and protein on raw, we all can!
