Lara bars are handy for an emergency.
Soak some almonds and then dehydrate them and keep a bag with you. I have some nice prunes at the moment which make a great snack on the go but I am only allowing myself 4 at a time (very filling though).

I would keep some dried fruits with you and maybe a nut mix. How about dates? Those are all quick and satisfying. You can even make something like RP's brownies and carry some with you.

My answer for everything = Green Smoothies. :) They put a damper on my appetite.

I second the apples
along with...
oranges, bananas, other various fruits, cucumber, celery, carrot, nuts, dried fruit, flax crackers, nut bars. Green smoothies are quick and they can help curb cravings.

I'm blessed to have access to a food dehydrator and keep batches of flax crackers around and the pizzza bread recipe out of old Alissa's book. That pizza bread in particular I'd recommend having handy; I throw whatever on it and feel like I'm having a substantial "real" meal. Delicious and satisfying. I also have a strict policy (yeah, I'm new to Raw!) on always having a desert on hand. A carob banana agave pudding or the chocalate mousse or banana papaya pudding. I love eating Raw!

Sea salt on cabbage

Avacado slices with fresh garlic, green onion, cracked red pepper and sea salt

apple slices with cashew nut butter

pecans bo topping

Usually when i'm famished I usually jus need a banana a wheat grass smoothy plus avacado and sea salt.

The bananas fill me the salted avacado gives me a bit of fat and eases my cravings.

Oh and con sliced off the ob ive me a quick sweet and crunchy fix!

I keep raisens and nuts in my car at all times. I always take a couple apples in the car. Flaxseed crackers are easy to make for a crunchy and salty fix. Goes great with some avocado spread.
