If you juice yams, what combos do you use and do you peel or not ( organic)?
Also, how many yams do you use?

LOL, I did about 2 years ago for my spleen. I used organic yams with peel. I'm sorry but it was too starchy for me--didnt' like it. ;)

YES, I have been a lot. I don't find them starchy mixed with greens and apples. They are very good for women with PMS. Yes skins and all!!!!

Yummy ! Apple/celery/carrot/parsly/ginger/birdpepper/kale/YAMS !!!!
