I watched Leslie Bega make that gorgeous curry pate and I was just craving it!!! YUM! so I thought I could throw some Okra in there too.

A raw restaurant near me makes a raw curried okra. The okra is sliced width-wise and marinated in lots of curry spices. It's amazing.

I adore okra! I just cut it up and put in on my salad. I was thinking of making some raw pickled okra soon, too. More slime please!
