Ok, so I'm only on day two of my juice feast, drinking my first all vegetable juice right now-kind of my own concoction of V8. LOL. Anyway, I'm wondering if ya'll could PLEASE share your raw dessert recipes. One's I can make without a dehydrator would be great, I only have a smoothie maker and juicer right now. :)
Thank you!!!
I just had this for dessert again tonight... Can't wait to finish it off tomorrow... I need more coconuts!!
Chocolate Pudding! Raw! - Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut meat
3/4 cup coconut water
1/2 cup maple syrup (I didn't use any)
1/3 cup agave nectar (I used 1/2 C)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons vanilla extract (I used 1 T)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
In a Vita-Mix (basically a blender so powerful that it'll make your lawn mower cry), puree all the ingredients until completely smooth. Move to a bowl and chill the pudding in the refrigerator.
adding Petals comments on the cherry sauce:
Just get a bag of frozen organic cherries, a little raw agave and blend well, and be sure to save a few cherries to stir in

RP's brownies are great!
Also an easy pudding is take an avocado, cacao powder (to taste), agave nectar (to taste), a pinch of sea salt and whiz it in a blender. It is really good!
Clementines (my darling) are so good.
Papaya/banana pudding. One of each. Blend. Enjoy.
Grapes.
Frozen fruit smoothies.

I must agree! That's one of my favorites. Also, I have a nice coconut cream recipe on my web site that goes really well with any fresh fruit - especially berries. You can make it in any blender. Although, I don't know if it's good enough to pour over your head! (That made me laugh really hard - I'm a very visual person  ) Crackin' me up!!

take any fruit (my favs are mango, banana and persimmons) and let it thaw a bit from the freezer and blend it until it is like pudding. I eat this plain or sometimes i get creative and top w/ chocolate sauce, dried coconut or figs, strawberry purree, yumyum so many options!
I also add some coconut butter to the fruit and pour it into a crust and tada, a pie. just let it set in the freezer for a few hours =)

Me TOO!!! I guess it would feel like the Atlantic Ocean felt when I did the Polar Bear plunge. No, not quite. But I imagined the colors and then I was looking at rawcutter's avatar and imagining it... oh good grief!!!

since there's no preparation, really. HOWEVER, I am currently in love love LOVE with fresh, fuzzy, plump little rasberries with agave nectar drizzled on top. Lemme tell you, if I had to choose between a Skickers (pre-raw, that is) and rasberry/agave deliciousness... NO CONTEST! Oh, and poor me, I am out of rasberries...
