Here I go agin, making up dinners...
So I read somewhere on here about how you can use zucchini/courgettes as pasta, so i made some tagliatelle with my potato peeler and came up with this sauce to go with it..
Saucy
1 avocado, mashed
4 mushrooms, those tiny white round ones, finley chopped
1/4 red onion, finley chopped
black pepper
salt
herbs
(and ok, I added a dash of red wine)
Mix it and eat it...
