I was wondering if anyone tried the raw oats sold on this site? I need to add something new to my diet that is easy. If yes, how did you fix them? How did you like them?

Yes! I've actually only fixed them two ways. The first being soaked overnight and then the next morning cut up fruit and ate it as a porridge. The second way I ground them in my ex-coffee grinder and made Rawkinlocs Cinnamon Pecan Rolls with the oat "flour". I'm sure others have used them other ways, like in a cookie type recipe...maybe?

I am a huge fan of the oats that Alissa sells. I travel with them in hotels. It is what I eat for a hardier breakfast. It makes me feel full and satisfied all day.
If I am traveling or at home, I tend to soak them about an hour. Longer is better. I'll put them in a bowl and add water. If I know I'll be gone during the day, I put the oats in a mason jar with water and take them wherever I roam. I don't even refrigerate them. I just let them soak until lunchtime or whenever I am hungry. Then I mix the oats with agave, coconut butter, pinch of salt and lots of cinnamon. If there is a banana around or any fruit, I toss that in. It is a great meal.
Rawkinlocs is the one who taught me how great the oats are with agave, coconut butter, pinch of salt and cinnamon.
I buy them all the time. YUMMY!
