Need Recipes that use Orange Juice and Pulp

I had a ton of fresh organic oranges sitting around that I didn't want to go bad so I pulled out the juicer and juiced them but now I want to use the juice in a recipe as well as the pulp that is leftover. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a one year old and absolutely no freedom to peruse my books and forum. I'll be lucky if I can get back to check the forum :eek:

I have no Recipes, other than Smoothies. You can use the juice as a sweetner..You can also freeze it in single servings, a baggie will do....

i hav a ton sitting around too. I have heard of juicing them and then putting the juice in ice trays.... but i dont want to waste the pulp either

Here's one of my favorite ways to use up oranges. It is actually a salad dressing, but I love it as a sauce or a sandwich spread. I make it all the time to put on top of falafels.

Moroccan Carrot Dressing
From Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine by Gabriel Cousens, MD

2 cups carrots, chopped
2 tomatoes
1/3 cup flax oil
1 orange
1 t Celtic salt
1 t allspice
1 t cumin
1 t black pepper or cayenne

In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Makes 2 cups.

If you've actually got a ton, send them over; I've got a ton of space in which to put them... and believe me, we'll be juicing, blending and drinking ~ by the ton. :)
