acne outbreak

Hey y'all
I suddenly have broken out with pimples and blackheads all over, and I mean all over, my back and neck:confused: But hey, my face looks great! LOL! :D
what's going on here?

I haven't eaten anything different, used anything different, and it isn't my moon time....

most like you are going through a form of detox. I had this happen to me about 4 months into being raw. Currently I have a clear complexion again but I always still break out during that time of the month. Hang in there.

Ooohhh! Happy Happy cleansing! Yech! I know I see these people with perfect complexions all the time and wonder how they do it. Then others say they are getting their pimples on the inside - especially if they are using chemical concoctions to control the outside. In the short term we want to feel good about how we look but me - I would rather that my skin do alot of the elimination of toxins for me than a major organ. What happens if we get a pimple on the brain? I want to trust that my body knows what is best and is using the skin the most.
