hey guys! my name is nickie and today will be my first raw day! i'm going 100% raw. My number one reason for going raw is weight loss. I'v gained almost 100 pounds in 3 years and i'm ready.. no, i NEED a change. My second reason is ofcourse my health. I feel so tired all the time and need more energy.
