Hi. 51 male looking to stay energized for many years to come
I just found this site so I registered ....It feels like the right place to be to make the changes I want to make physically...I'm one of those people with a super fast metabolism that allows me to consume just about anything with little to no weight gain...I'm blessed for this but my digestion can be a little rough at times with excess acid and up until recently I suffered from a lot of gas..( kind of embarassing watching people move to the other side of the room) and a jock/anal itch that drives me crazy sometime..I think I may have a candida yeast problem but it's never been diagnosed by a Dr. and I don't think I'm going the doctor route to solve my problems..I really believe in the idea that my body will heal itself if i give it the right chance meaning raw organic food, rest and excersize.I am doing lots of fruit salads with goat yogurt and green salads (although I like the crisp crunch of homemade garlic/herb croutons) I'd like to find a good nutrition/ homepath specialist. I feel like there is a wealth of knowlege/ experience here. Glad i found it.
