Does any one here have an account with an online food diary that tracks your nutrient intake? If so, would you be willing to let me see it, please? I'm still learning about the raw diet and I'm really interested in the diet and intakes of carbohydrates, protein, fat, calories, vitamins and minerals.
Thank you.

I do on Sparkpeople.com you can click on my profile there & in the top right corner you can view my food & excercise log. You prolly won't get much help from it yet though because I was not 100% raw until 10 days ago, and lately I am not eating as many calories as I 'should'. My username there is the same.

Fitday is free. I use it all the time. Just sign up - it gives a great visual as to what you're consuming.

I'm on sparkpeople as Raw Curls. I have a low-fat raw vegan group and Raw Vegan Mom is one of the members. It's more of a community type place than the other nutrient sites. The thing I like over fitday is a lot of people already put the nutrition facts on many foods so one doesn't have to (like salad dressings, etc.)

Thanks everyone! :)
I had to sign up for an account to see RawVeganMom's SparkPage and decided "Why not track my food intake on here too?" so I added todays intake and tomorrow's breakfast. I noticed that too, Sharon, that a lot of people have already added in food. It helps. I'm looking forward to joining the raw and vegan groups. My name on there is SullenGrl226.
