i'm rather stunned...i've been transitioning to raw for the past few months and been doing great. decided this week to finally go all raw and am very excited! anyways, i'm away at college but my mom recently told me that her and my dad and my brother all want to go raw with me this summer! and THEN my roommates, who will also be my roommates next year have all taken an interest in what i eat lately, have been digging through my recipe books and have said that they'd love to go raw! wow! i just feel so blessed to be surrounded by all these enthusiastic people, its amazing!

My new roommate is going to do raw w/ me as well! my neighbors have loved everything i have made so far and are very curious..so glad to hear others being so interested and that motivates me to spread my enthusiasm being raw

Rande, the beauty and positive energy radiating from your picture shows me two things...

1. If somebody is looking fantastic, is full of energy, is balanced...people will want to know what you are doing. They'll want to know your secret, in the hope of attaining that same state. If you were unbalanced on raw, sickly, lethargic and emaciated, they may not be so enthusiastic.

2. Your belief system attracts your reality...or so I believe. Luckily for you, your belief system has attracted a wonderful reality. The people you attract mirror your positive energy. These people are open to the new, they aren't fearful...they're excited to try something different...

Wow! I think everyone is right. It is how you portray raw to others. If you are excited about it others will be too. It is a good lesson for everyone to keep in mind! I think that is why Alissa is so successful. She doesn't focus on the stuff you can't eat on raw but all the wonderful and creative things you can eat!
