Hello everyone. For the past couple of months I have been currious about fasting, and now I am feeling like I am ready to give it a go. I have a couple questions about it, and I am wondering if it'll help me out in a few areas or if it's even helped you out in these areas: easing or getting rid of an addiction to cooked food(more emotional than physical for me), feeling healthier, some weight loss(like getting rid of some of the bad toxic fat stored in your body), and I am wondering if after the fast I may have less physical pain. Has fasting helped any of these areas for you, were there any other great areas it helped for you?
Ok on to more questions:
1) What is distilled water? I have one of those brita filters on my tap, is that it? If not then what is it, and can I just use a brita filter?
2) This is my first fast, I read that a juice fast is best to start out with. How long should one aim for on thier first fast?
3) How do you deal with a fast willpower wise? Like do you crave normal food the whole time?
