I alternated warm and cool (NOT cold) compresses and slept as much as was humanly possible when I went through mine!

Wrapping the head tightly in an ace bandage helps me when I get one, and also using an ice pack on my head, while in a hot epsom salt bath.

Also, coffee enemas help some people with migraines...

I need to come up with different ways to cure my headaches other than popping a pill whenever I want...I'm/was famous for that. Got a problem take a pill. LOL

Forgot about the pressure points as my neighbor from the past told me about a point on my hands. Between the thumb and the forefinger that you can massage to rid yourself of headaches. Come to think of it that used to really hurt but sitting here doiing it now, doesn't much at all. Must be healing.
Gotta luv raw. Oh and the headache is still there, day 4, but its just a dull nagging little headache. Not so bad.
