And please give props to Don for the citrus-herb dressing that I made from the recipe on your website :D It is delish! Like diving into a burst of sunshine. Either the lime or a combo of flavors hits the taste buds in a different way than usual. I'm totally savoring it.

I will let Don know about how much you enjoyed his dressing. The funny thing is, he is the one being really creative in terms of coming up with new recipes these days. My energy is still mostly tied up with blogging and gathering my raw library. Oh well, every thing in its own time... LOL
